About Mission 4:19 Outdoors
Restoring connection, confidence and purpose for veterans and first responders through faith-centered outdoor experiences.

Our Story
Mission 4:19 Outdoors was founded from a deep conviction that the outdoors should reflect honor, stewardship, and gratitude.
After years spent in the field, Jon Sumpter recognized a growing need for something different — a space where faith, respect for creation, and integrity could guide the experience. He believed time in the duck blind or around a campfire should strengthen character, build brotherhood, and reflect thankfulness for both the opportunity to hunt and the freedom to do so.
Mission 4:19 Outdoors was created to restore a sense of reverence in the outdoors — reverence for God’s creation, for conservation, for one another, and for those who have served.
Here, the mission is simple: provide guided outdoor experiences rooted in faith, stewardship, and accountability — where veterans and first responders can gather in an environment that reflects honor, respect, and gratitude.
